The Beat, turns live audience data into real world moments for fans. Making it easy to keep fans active from one event to the next with smart recommendations on when to engage
Our in-house team will build you a custom pass and hub, they will then work with you to develop a launch plan and initial 3 month strategy to activate.
Usually this involves gating existing activity, and making the biggest moments work harder.
This is your community, we provide custom links that can be sent out via socials, email or QR codes scanner live in venues,
It only takes fans 30 seconds to sign up and download the pass into the apple or google wallet.
The Beat creates and lets you send out drops to fans, from global messages to very specific segments specific to each show.
Fans get notified by their pass and can sign into a dedicated hub that makes it easy to see all the latest drops and access available to them.
The offering is bespoke to the artist, venue or brand, however the more a fan interacts the more they get access to.
Access is entirely free for fans on our freemium tier, where fans can purchase exclusive products and unlock discounts.
Fans can also upgrade their membership to a paid tier to get guaranteed access and rewards.
To start with once fans are signed up you don't have to keep finding them again and again.
The more you involve fans the quicker the audience grows, with our in-built referral incentives.
There's no need to create more exclusive content or products, simply make sure these fans get EVERYTHING first!
The Beat automatically tags fan groups based on their interests, so you simply need to tell us what you want to send to them.

1. Send out a message on socials saying sign up to the pass for exclusive access to a secret New York show dropping soon.
2. Check out how many have RSVP’d and know how many will attend before you ask them to claim their tickets. You can even wait to decide on the venue based on demand. Letting them know the location when you want.
3. Update every fan pass that RSVP'd for a seamless end to end experience - export the guest list from The Beat.
4. Want to do it again? The fans are already on the pass - less cost, less hassle.

The entire experience is web based (not an app) so can easily be integrated into your website, mailing list and all social channels, through link in bio.
Once installed the pass unlocks push notifications that can be used to reach fans directly and strengthen fan relationships.
All the marketing opt in permissions are direct to the artist, venue or brand meaning you can use the insights to enrich existing CRM data and targeting.
The hub connects seamlessly with ticketing providers, ecommerce stores and more using unique access codes or URLs for authenticated fans.
The Beat makes personalisation simple by tagging and grouping up fans by the event they are going to or a specific interest.
To begin with you can upload all of your up and coming events, be that ticketed, album launches or other moments in the the campaign.
From here using proximity to the event and where fans are The Beat recommends what to do next for each segment of fans, nothing goes to fans without your approval but we aim to make the data as easy to action as possible so fans get more, personalised to them.
